Objects made for an environment design class. I was tasked with researching the city of Chang'an in the western reaches of the Tang Dynasty in 680 CE. From my research I was to create 5 common items from the period and place: a prized item, a piece of furniture, a source of light, a mode of transportation and a method of communication. These are the items that I created to fit those requirements.
